Blogging world, I am back.
It's been 8 years since my last blog. I cannot believe it's been that long. I'm indeed getting old. Hala na! I created this new blog to chronicle my new adventures because in exactly 18 days, I'm going to start my journey to become a professional chef. I'll be back in school again...Culinary school, that is. I'm so excited!
I hope I made the right choice by not pursuing law and going after my dream to become the first Filipina Executive Chef of a 5-star hotel instead. Haha! It's quite a long shot but nothing's impossible. Fate, please don't be too hard on me.
That's it for now. I'll be going to Hong Kong and Macau with my parents in a few days. Bakasyon mode muna bago tuluyang karirin ang pagiging culinary arts student. I'm so looking forward to it! I'll be posting pictures of our trip. Especially our food trip! Hehe I can't wait to try the Yakult-flavored gelato at Mamma Mia in Hong Kong and the whole Yum Cha experience. Tsaka yung egg tarts pa pala ng Macau! Naku. Good luck naman sa timbang ko. Haha
